School LPN - Baltimore City Public School

VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ! MON-FRI (School Case) (7:00 AM - 5pm) ASSIGNMENT LOOKING TO STAFF IMMEDIATELY! This will be a M-F school-based hours Schedule. We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Baltimore City Public Schools. Key Responsibilities: • Provide nursing care to students as prescribed by their healthcare plans • Administer medications and treatments as ordered • Monitor student health conditions and vital signs • Maintain accurate health records and documentation • Communicate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid • Support students with chronic health conditions Qualifications: • Current LPN license in the state of Maryland • Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred • CPR/First Aid certification required • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
