Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate nursing services across assigned schools • Oversee LPN and health aide staff • Conduct health assessments and develop individualized healthcare plans • Ensure compliance with state and district health policies • Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff • Manage medication administration programs • Coordinate with school administrators and parents on student health concerns • Participate in IEP meetings for students with health-related needs Qualifications: • Current RN license in the state of Maryland • BSN preferred; supervisory experience required • School nursing experience strongly preferred • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Excellent clinical assessment abilities • Knowledge of pediatric health conditions and school health regulations
